Mickeys Kindergarten

Mickeys kindergarten school works in a planned and coordinated way towards engaging children and their families in a holistic education system. This style of education will see to the individual needs of the pupils and will serve as a major step in helping each child to acquire all the competencies required; phonological awareness, oracy, numeracy and literacy, with an English language oriented program in preparation for the first years of schooling. Furthermore, our school is committed to provide a safe and caring environment at all times.

We believe that learning should focus on the full development of children and not only on the academic aspect, stimulating the children’s curiosity and encouraging children to explore and discover. This helps children to develop their self-esteem and confidence, providing ample opportunities to communicate and interact with others, creating a sense of respect to the diversity of others.

The inclusion of parents in the education experience of their children through regular meetings, educational training sessions, and opportunities to join in outings as well as other educational activities held in-school, ensure the best learning results for our students. Parents are also included in the learning experience through the use of an interactive literacy programme which the parents can access from home.

Our facilities are highly maintained and fully equipped with the latest equipment including interactive white boards, specialized seating and tables, activity corners and natural lighting.
